About Giedre
Giedre's love for real estate comes from successful investments in rental properties, secondary suite developments, property management and AirBnB. This experience has equipped her with many valuable skills that she uses daily in business negotiations and while working with investors/ residential property sellers and buyers. Giedre's real-life experience supplies tp many challenges that can occur in different areas of real estate.
Born in Europe to an entrepreneurial family, she inherited a natural understanding of real estate investing, and through her experience in hospitality roles, she values creating transparent client relationships. Giedre is a dedicated, disciplined investor who has turned her passion for real estate into her career in Calgary.
Giedre continuously engages in various market analysis and educational programs to ensure consistently, pioneer performance as a real estate professional. She understands that she can't change the world for everybody, but the change somebody's world and that's a great start.
Giedre and her husband are parents to two beautiful little girls and a beloved cocker-spaniel. She stays actively engaged with her community and is always looking for ways to contribute, whether volunteering at casino fundraisers or playground rebuilding projects in West Hillhurst and Brentwood.
Besides English, she is fluent in Lithuanian and Russian, with some knowledge of Polish.
Why did you become a realtor?
I love meeting people, bringing people together, and getting people what they want and dream of. Buying or selling a house or investment property is one of the largest financial transactions most people will encounter. It could be stressful, and exciting, for both the buyer and the seller. As Realtor, my goal is to help to ease those challenges and calm nerves, and create wealth through real estate. I understand that for my client is not only a house, but a home as well.
What is your favorite part of selling real estate?
Where do I start...? I enjoy negotiations! However, the real estate profession isn't just about properties. It also involves economics, markets, trends, regulations, strategy, finding deals, creating value, advertising, and many more...
What's one thing most people don't know about you?
I came to North America with a bachelor's degree in International Business Management and $300 in my pocket.
